2) Q) "Are you affiliated with any particular religion?"

A) Mystic Services is non-denominational, and have served people from all religions and backgrounds. We believe that all religions and spiritual practices are branches from the same tree. In our practices we borrow from many traditions and methodologies to achieve our results. If you have any questions or concerns about religious/spiritual implications of our work, please feel free to discuss that with us or your clergy.

3) Q) "What are all those weird symbols on your home page?"

A) There are five symbols in our Navigational Cross. The center symbol appears in the Rider-Waite tarot deck on the Wheel of Fortune card, but it is originally one of the many magical "Keys of Solomon" which invokes Jupiter, god of abundance. The four "Elemental" symbols on the arms of the cross are "Angelic Glyphs", a pictographic Angelic Magical Language that our founder, Steven D'Antoni, receives through meditation and angelic communication. The four Glyphs are representational of the four classic elements (clockwise from the top): Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.

4) Q) "What is an energetic Healing?"

A) Energetic Healing, like many "alternative" medicine practices, is based on the belief that there is more going on within a human being than just the natural mechanics of the body.

Imagine, if you will, that every experience in your lives (and significant past-lives), good, bad and indifferent, are stored as little energetic "post cards" throughout your body and personal energetic field (aura). These "post cards" can interrupt, block, speed up, sabotage and stunt our physical, mental, and emotional well-being and growth as people.

Naturally, we have the ability to move and de-energize these pictures and move them out of our space, but we often cannot because of the emotion attached to past events. How often have you had reoccurring nightmares or sadness or pain from an event you experienced from childhood or a past love or loss? Everyone has. Energetic Healing can help defuse these emotional land mines and assist you in moving forward.

In addition, reoccurring physical problems, disease, and even accidents (on occasion) can be traced back to these "post cards".

5) Q) "What does Energetic Healing work best for?"

A) Energetic Healing has the potential to work for a number of ailments, on both physical and mental/emotional/spiritual levels. While healing success is on a case-by-case basis, we have found that energetic healing is exceptionally good in instances of trauma, such as car wrecks and in areas of stuck energy, such as people being "in a rut".

6) Q) "Is there anything that Energetic Healing cannot heal?"

A) The effectiveness of energetic healing is based, not on what the illness, pain, or issue is, but rather how ready the client is to shift. We encourage skepticism in any endeavor that you have not experienced, and we want you to know that you don't have to believe whole-heartedly in energetic healing, but just bring an open mind and a belief that it is possible.

7) Q) "Is there anything I should do to prepare for a Healing?"

A) Not really. Think about what you would like to change (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually), and perhaps make a list if that is useful for you. On the day of your healing, you may want to wear loose, comfortable clothes. Your healing will take place with you sitting upright for about an hour, with bare or socked feet flat on the floor. If you have any physical limitations preventing you from sitting upright for that length of time, please inform your healer.

8) Q) "Are there any side effects from an Energetic Healing?"

A) There can be minor side effects from receiving an Energetic Healing, although most of them are ultimately beneficial. Many times, during a Healing, we make changes to your energetic "blueprint", in essence changing the way your body does business (on an energetic level), and the body needs a bit of time to adjust. This adjustment takes (on average) anywhere between 3-10 days after the Healing, and the effects of which tend to be crying, tiredness, exuberance, insomnia, and/or increased libido.

9) Q) "Why would I get a healing on my animal?"

A) Well, lots of reasons. Because animals cannot always verbalize how veterinary treatments affect them, it is always a guessing game. And there are many times where an animal does not respond to medical attention as it should, or they may have psychological or behavioral problems that defy conventional understanding. While their energetic systems differ slightly from humans, they tend to respond very well to Energetic Healings (often times better than their human brethren).

10) Q) "What is Clairvoyance?"

A) Clairvoyance comes from the French for "Clear Seeing" and is one of the three "major" forms of ESP or psychic phenomena, the others being Clairaudience ("Clear Hearing") and Clairsentience ("Clear Feeling"). Most other psychic abilities fall as subsets, or specializations of these three areas:

A) Many people get a reading because they are confused, stuck or unsure about what is going on in their lives. Others feel that they are getting "signs" from the universe, but cannot make heads or tails out of it, or they are getting one for "fun". Many people are focused on the future, but they are usually looking for meaning in the now, weather they know it or not. The future, however, is an echo of what is occurring today. We believe that a reading provides you with whatever information you need at the moment in order for you to shift. Sometimes it is exactly what you want, and sometimes it isn't. But it is usually what you need to hear.

A) Not really. Think about what you would like to Get information about and perhaps make a list if that is useful for you. 13) Q) "What is an energetic being or ghost?"

A) One of the most enduring stories in mankind's history is that of ghosts, spirits, and entities. Thousands of years of stories of ghostly visitations have left society with an archetypical understanding of these beings. Here at Mystic Services, we use our own definitions for these beings that sometimes differ with that of paranormal investigators. Here are the three primary energetic beings that are dealt with on a day-to-day basis:

· Ghost - an energetic being that was once human, but did not cross over when they died. They have the limited consciousness of a person, but in an energetic form. These beings are like people, and they each have their own reasons to be here. There are a variety of abilities that ghosts can manifest (if they figure it out). Everything from energy drain, object manipulation, noises, pushing, and dream manipulation to full apparitions, time distortion, and light balls.

· Spirit - An energetic being that was once human and did cross over when they died. They have been reconnected with their Higher Selves and are usually only around to deliver messages or assist someone they loved when they were alive. Spirits tend not to manifest, except in dreams or as the occasional apparition.

· Guide - An energetic "social worker" that is assigned to you, or chooses you, and assists you in your spiritual development. Most people have several guides, and they can come and go as they are needed, or they can be with you your whole life. When you are born you are given a set of "re-entry" guides that help you adjust to being in a body again. Most times, these guides are children's invisible friends/playmates. These guides are usually replaced when the child is about 8. Guides tend not to manifest except in dreams.

· Misc. Beings - There is an enormous range of additional energetic beings that roam the planet, but they are much more rare and even unique; everything from tiny nature spirits and creepy-crawlies to Angels and Guardians of the Planet to Feeders, Collectors and Demons. Manifestation depends on entity and power.

14) Q) "I think I have a energetic being/ghost. How do I know for sure?"

A) Mystic Services really does endorse some healthy skepticism, especially about hauntings. Faulty wiring and loose floorboards are a big cause of false calls for clearings. True hauntings will have some common elements. Firstly, trust your intuition. A well-entrenched spook will usually create a "feeling" of confinement, or the ceiling being too low. Also, a feeling of not being alone, someone right in your face (especially right when you walk in), uneasiness with your home, or feeling you have to hide in your room at night for no apparent reason are all good subtle indicators.

Secondly, look for manifestations: Items disappearing from your home that reappear with no apparent cause, Items moved while you were asleep, or when no one was home. Cupboards or doors either opening by themselves or being found open. Scents, such as cigarette smoke, from no source. Sounds, such as footsteps, murmuring, talking, whispering or moaning. Feelings, such as pushing, shoulder tapping or the unexplained pressure of someone sitting on a couch or bed. Unexplained cold or hot spots, faucets turning on or off, or electronic devices turning themselves on or changing (channels, volume, etc.)

15) Q) "Doesn't a energetic being/ghost have as much right to be there as I do?"

A) No, actually. You are on this plane of existence, while they are dwelling in the past, and in a form of energy. They had their time here, and you are now in the space paying rent/mortgage, so it is now your space. Many ghosts, as with people, will be upset when someone moves into what they consider "their space," but that is really too bad. An inability to deal with change is a common trait in earthbound spirits (if they could, they would have moved on). In many ways (although it seems callous) they are like pests.

16) Q) "Is there anything I should do to prepare for a Clearing?"

A) Cleaning your space ahead of time is always beneficial. Energy, as well as entities, can get stuck or hide in clutter, So the less of it there is, the easier it is on us.

A) No, in fact you are actually helping and healing any entity that was once human or animal. For those beings that are not from here, they most likely should not be here, and we will remove them.

17) Q) "What if my energetic being/ghost comes back?"

A) Mystic Services has a Satisfaction Guarantee with all Clearing services. If your spooks return within 6 months we will return at no charge and re-clear the building. 18) Q) "What is the difference between a Clearing and a Cleansing?"

A) Clearing a building entails the removal of energetic beings that are residing within it. A Cleansing is an Energetic Cleaning that removes negative or "stale" energy from a space. A space with negative or "stale" energy can often times be inviting to negative energetic beings. All Clearings include a Cleansing.

19) Q) "Is there anything I should do to prepare for a Cleansing?"

A) Cleaning your space ahead of time is always beneficial. Energy, as well as entities, can get stuck or hide in clutter, so the less of it there is, the easier it is on us.

20) Q) "What is a Portal?"

A) A Portal is a natural or man-made tear in the dimensional fabric that separates the physical world from the energetic world. Natural Portals can be formed from excessive energy in a space (usually negative), or they can form on their own from the natural push and pull of dimensional barriers, sort of "Dimensional Tectonics". Man-Made Portals are caused by people intentionally (or accidentally) summoning beings, gods, powers, energies, or knowledge from other realms or dimensions. The most common accidental Man-Made Portal is formed through the use of a ouija board (as many of us who messed with them as kids can attest). Man-Made Portals are decidedly more difficult to close than Natural Portals due to the intent behind their creation. Mr. D'Antoni believes that there may be a correlation between these dimensional rifts and the Stephen Hawking proposed "branes," a hypothesis in theoretical physics that our reality floats upon another reality, similar to the skin (or membrane) that forms on soup as it cools.
